• Internet research skills, especially in Yahoo. Larry taught me how to pick and sort through similar topics
• Directories to call or people to contact in finding out information specific to a feature
• Research in General : Learned particular research methods regarding new companies and locations. Finding businesses with certain SIC numbers. How to find what SIC goes with what type of company. Ginny taught me how to retrieve valuable information or data from company records
• Learned the different sections located within Microware and what they are concerned with
• Learned how to implement a market plan with guidance from Mike Laddin
• Learned ways to approach new and existing customers by phone
• Learned how to handle rejection (Although it still enrages me)
